My parents had a treadmill in the house when I was quite young. Being a sports enthusiast anyway, especially at school, I could always be found running on the treadmill. I represented my school in many sports and of course all of them required a level of fitness. I've participated in many races over the years; including 5k's, 10k's and 3 marathons (so far).
Fitness equipment was also part of my working life as I found work in national retail stores. Many of these was in the fitness equipment departments. This meant I had to have intimate knowledge of treadmills, their features and how they work. I've been fortunate enough to encounter many treadmills which help me review them accurately.
As I've got older still I've been able to use my knowledge of fitness equipment to other good uses by building websites around what is a hobby of mine. By combining computers and treadmills I have the perfect niche for me to be able to write about treadmills, the positive features of them and how to use them to achieve any fitness goals.
I enjoy writing about how to use these amazing machines to get fit, lose weight or even exercising with an injury. Whether you're young or old, slim or overweight, a treadmill can be used to better your overall health. The health benefits of regular exercise are enormous and that's what a treadmill can provide.
I've started doing some personal trainer and physiotherapy courses so I can better answer the questions I'm asked.
