The BowFlex T16 is the screen-focused model in the brand’s treadmill range. It combines a 16-inch touchscreen with a 22-by-60-inch deck, speeds up to 12 mph and motorized incline up to 15%. The screen is its main difference from the T9, whose console is a high-contrast LCD rather than a touchscreen.

BowFlex says the treadmill can operate without a paid fitness membership. Streaming and connected services may require their own accounts or subscriptions. The touchscreen also adds Wi-Fi, software and app functions that a basic LCD treadmill does not have.
What reviewers found
Runner’s World praised the cushioning and easy-to-use controls in its hands-on review. The reviewer also reported some rocking at a high incline on the test unit. That is one reviewer’s observation, not evidence that every T16 will move the same way.
The T16’s screen may suit someone who wants workout controls and entertainment on the console. If you already use a tablet or television, the display may add cost and complexity without much benefit. The treadmill also has no decline setting.
Warranty, returns and availability
BowFlex lists lifetime frame and motor coverage, three years for mechanical parts and one year of labor. Its US product page limits shipping to the contiguous 48 states. The current US return policy allows a request within 30 days of delivery, but freight and handling charges may reduce the refund; a handling fee of up to 20% can apply. Verdict: Consider the T16 if you want a large built-in screen and a wide deck for running. It is less compelling if a separate tablet works for you or you want decline training. Test the touchscreen, incline, speed controls and app connections during the return period.
